Quality Assurance                

Here at the Bear Buckets Club, we understand that we have the important responsibility of delivering safe and quality toy products to both our customers and retailers who sell our products. We take this responsibility quite seriously.

With this in mind, we have implemented several steps to make sure that before each Bear Buckets Club friend is shipped off to their new home; it passes all quality and safety checks imposed by both the US Government as well as our own strict guidelines. When we receive our shipments, each and every Bear Buckets Club toy is checked for two reasons. One, to ensure that you are receiving all the items that come with each toy and Two, each and every character goes to his new home in immaculate condition.

Prior to each order, samples from each of our product lines are sent to an Independent Laboratory to perform testing evaluations on the materials that will be used for that specific order. With each and every order that is place with our manufacturers, there must be a separate test prior to the commencement of that order.

Tests include the following:

Physical & Mechanical Test
This makes sure our products can handle the day to day, rough and tumble play from children. Unlike many other Plush’s, our characters are quality made and have several pieces (clothing) that are stitched on separately. We want to make sure that none of these will ever fall off.

Flammability Test
This makes sure that our products are fireproof.

Heavy Metals Test
Although there are no metals in our products, many of the moving parts in our machines that make them do; so it’s just another added safety check we conduct to ensure your child is receiving a safe product.

Stuffing Material
This ensures that all materials are high quality man made or of natural fibers.

Total Lead Content Test
By ASTA rules, we conduct this test to follow all guidelines. However, in most cases, Lead is only found in paint and coated surfaces. Our products do not have any paint. The eyes, tongues, ears and outer body are all sown on.

Phthalates Test
This test is for plastic parts. Again, none of our products contain plastic. However, we choose to conduct this test to ensure that we pass all guidelines.

Our *guidelines never change whereas all of our Bear Buckets Club products are rigorously tested through a qualified and licensed independent third party testing laboratory. We comply with all safety government regulations as set by the American Society for Testing & Materials.

*Our guidelines are adjusted immediately if the ASTA make changes in their guidelines.
