With times being as tough as they are right now, the Bear Buckets Club will not charge you any shipping costs in the USA; no matter how big or small your order is! We ship USPS Priority and you receive your order in three to five working days. All Bear Buckets Club products are carefully packed so they arrive at your door step, safe and sound.

Sorry, but at this time we only ship to destinations in the USA.

Return Policy

We must receive the Bear Buckets Club product within sixty (60) days of the recipient receiving it.

Returns are accepted as long as the product is in the condition it was sent out as (new, unblemished with the tag still attached) as well as the interactive CD and case.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please, if you have a problem with a shipment you received, first e-mail us at Issue@bearbucketsclub.com . Enter the order number you received from our order confirmation e-mail along with your comment. We will get back to you usually in two to four hours. Misplaced the order number? Don't worry. Just provide us with your email address that you used to place the order.
